I bought a case from them that was clearly marked iPhone 11 Pro, but the case I received was definitely for the 11 Max. It was way too big, and when I requested to return the item, there was no option to exchange, and they were charging me shipping to return it.

Cases are nice but don't trust their Warranty. My cases was 8 months old when it started to split. No useful support. They suggested I buy my own new case from their Amazon store.

I am sure the iPhone 11 ProMax case ordered is going to be nice as it looks in pictures. The 2 star rating is for the poor customer service. Short, brisk and poorly explained email responses for a delayed delivery by USPS is highly unacceptable. While I am tracking the case which has not moved from its last location of Anaheim, CA, in over 8 days, the customer service won’t put a tracking trace on it. Today I received a 6 worded response asking me to wait 48 hours for a resolution. USPS is notoriously an inefficient way of shipping and ultimately losing items. I would recommend using another form of shipping method.

I have purchased 3 different Sena cases and highly recommended your cases to fellow admirers. Unfortunately, with my most recent purchase for my new iPhone 11pro, I added my usual cards and within the day, my plastic enclosure for the drivers' license had buckled. Although your customer service was prompt in their reply, they suggested that I had used too many cards. They then advised me that they would "allow" me a ONE time return - of course I would have to pay for the shipping return. It was not a good experience, sadly and I have yet to return my Send case, even with it buckled.

I am giving one star because there is no economical delivery route to Europe and so the cases are vastly over priced. The products are generally good and I have bought a few, including the new racer iPhone X case. It was delayed for 3 weeks so I missed the birthday deadline. Then I was charged €28 tax and penalties on top of the $56 price tag. Sena could give Europeans the option to pay duties in advance and avoid the extra penalties (I called DHL to verify) but they cannot be bothered. So non-US citizens pay more than double in the end and wait 3 times as long. If you are in the US - buy a great case. If you are in Europe - don't bother - there are equally good and much, much cheaper alternatives with less hassle.
