Great experience. Got rid of my old cell, they made it so simple, all I had to do was take it to the post office. Very polite, kept in touch with me via text and email through the entire process. Would definitely recommend this service.

I had a great experience selling my broken iPhone. Instructions were clear and Carden was very helpful about iCloud cancellation. I'm not very tech savy so his help was paramount. Thank you again . I hope I don't get another broken phone but if I do I would use your business again. C. Huey

Once my device was received by Sell that Cell, I got a text message explaining my device prognosis. They were only able to use the gifted device for parts, unbeknownst to me. My payment was changed to a different amount and agreed upon. I was even given a few extra dollars for being a first time customer. The tech that handled my device always confirmed with me before an action was taken.
