Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when a property hasn't received an offer yet, even after making price and wording adjustments. To clarify our role, we operate as an online marketplace where timeshare owners advertise their ownerships directly to potential buyers and travelers. While we guarantee to advertise your property on our platform until you receive and accept an offer, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or a completed sale. Resale activity depends heavily on broader market conditions, resort location, ownership type, and buyer demand. We hear your frustration regarding past communications. If you are open to it, please email us directly with your listing ID so we can have a supervisor personally review your account history and discuss current buyer demand in your resort category.

Carl, we are very sorry to hear that your expectations were not met regarding our services. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. SellMyTimeshareNow.com is an online marketplace where timeshare owners can advertise their ownerships for sale to potential buyers. Our marketplace is global, and we invest heavily in advertising across various channels to connect interested buyers and renters with available timeshare listings, giving the owners we work with the best possible opportunity to receive an offer and sell their timeshare. Unfortunately, we cannot and do not guarantee a specific timeframe for receiving an offer or completing a successful sale. Many factors can impact the process, including the type of ownership, asking price, buyer demand, and current market conditions. That said, we remain committed to continuing to advertise your timeshare and working with you throughout the process until you have accepted an offer and successfully completed your sale. We see that you were recently able to speak with our team, and we were able to address your concerns and assist with a price adjustment to help improve the marketability of your listing. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue assisting you. We encourage you to stay in communication with our team so we can continue working toward the best possible outcome for your ownership.
