SellerChampReviews of sellerchamp.com

1 star is too much. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. Unless you want your business ruined. Nothing works, be prepared to lose inventory, multiple new problems every week. Multi-channel solutions are a beta at best and be prepared to pay for them to mess up your entire business. Shopify does not work, walmart does not work, ebay be prepared for listings to be deleted, inventory to update to zero randomly, templates do not work. Duplicate listings, pricing to randomly go to zero or $999.99, policy violations galore. Customer service tickets take weeks to be addressed and even then no fix. Customer service takes 3-4 days just to respond. Be prepared to be blamed for every problem as their go to is to blame the user. Stay away and use something else. These people dont care.

They continually mess up prices and inventory levels across the 11 marketplaces I have connected. When I raise this issue, support staff doesn't seem to care.

Everything went wrong. They can not do what they claim they can do. Connections are poor. Customer service doesn't seem to understand the program any more than I do. Inventory continues to get screwed up, which causes sales for items we no longer have. Which causes cancelations, and suspension of you accounts. So if you want to destroy your company and livelihood Seller Champ is the company for you, otherwise STAY AWAY!!

Our experience with SellerChamp has been nothing but frustrating. From the start, promised services were delayed or not delivered, severely impacting our sales. Weekly calls with their team, including Victor, only led to more excuses and empty assurances of compensation. Even after raising issues for months, including serious software flaws and lack of functionality, little progress was made. Their team took our feedback and eventually incorporated it into their software, but these fixes arrived too late for our needs. Billing transparency was non-existent, particularly with Easypost charges, leaving us in the dark about costs. When we sought a refund, they initially agreed, yet no compensation has been provided. We chose SellerChamp to simplify our operations, but they’ve only added to our challenges. Buyer beware – they promise a lot but deliver very little.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR MESSAGE, YOU WILL GET VERO IF YOU USE THEIR LISTING SOFTWARE. THEY ARE SCRAPING COPYRIGHTED DATA AND PAWNING IT OFF AS AI. I REPEAT, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ACCOUNT DISABLED, DO NOT LIST WITH SELLERCHAMP.

We have been using their services for several years and for whatever reason their software stopped working around April of 2023. We patiently waited almost 6 months and finally gave up. Worst part was that they refused to give us a refund. That's called stealing!!!

Disastrous and a waste of a week and many hours. even their own "Tech" team couldn't figure it out. And when I finally got listings to cross from Etsy to Ebay....what a mess and, miss matched data and omissions as well as a waste of listing fees. I lost money and time. Another cross lister that cannot live up to what it says it can do.

Horrible . I dont even know where to start becuase this review will never end
