It was such an easy process! I received an offer, packaged up my laptop, printed the prepaid label, and shipped my laptop!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

For now I will give a good rating. My old laptop is on the way. I know this is a throw away society. I don't expect much. I just hope they are fair. Computer in excellent condition just won't charge. Thank you for your user friendly website.

Hello Tyrone, The reasons your payout was lowered were: - Minor Scuffs/Scratches on LCD Screen - Minor Scuffs/Scratches on LCD Back Cover - Minor Scuffs/Scratches on Bottom Case - Worn Palmrest - Worn Keyboard - Battery Failed Testing To be frank, had you reported these issues when obtaining your initial quote, the estimated value would have been the same as what you received for payout: $17. All these issues were pictured, recorded, and sent to you via email and our 'Member's Area' on our website. We are disappointed you chose to leave this important information out for fellow customers to consider. You also chose the payment condition 'Accept the Price' which as you know, having read and agreed to our 'Terms and Conditions', means you the Seller, agree to any recalculated or otherwise revised offers. Any recalculated offer will be automatically accepted on your behalf; and there will be no 14 day waiting period or further negotiations. Thus, the recalculated offer of $17 from $68 was accurate based on the condition discovered by the company in this order. We highly suggest next time you accurately report the condition of your device before check out so you do not have any surprises when receiving the payout.
Very easy process

This is a dishonest company. The option to "automatically accept the price" that they set is deceptive. DO NOT select this option, as this gives them freedom to set the lowest possible price and basically steal your device. The price range for a laptop ranges from $36-$700, so even though my device was practically new and I should have received $600-$700, they only gave me $175. I do not recommend anyone use this website. They also have no phone number to contact them, which is telling to their low value on customer service.

As has been already explain to this customer numerous times, just because they didn't take the time to read the 'Terms and Conditions' that clearly state what their selection of 'Accept The Price' means, does not mean our company enforcing our procedures is somehow negative. Not only did you not read the Terms, or think you are above them, you misrepresented your device to receive an inflated quote range. It is the Seller who creates the initial quote, not Sellagadget. For example, the Seller can claim they are sending a brand new iPhone, but send us a Nokia. It would be unreasonable, and against our Terms and Conditions, to assume we would pay them the maximum amount for the item which doesn't match the condition or type as the initial quote indicated. This Seller: - Didn't read the 'Terms and Conditions' or wants to disregard them - Misrepresented the item they were trying to sell to Sellagadget - Was paid within the range given by the website and is still unsatisfied - Threatened us with legal action for following the terms he agreed to Here is a link with screenshots of all relevant info including all communication via our 'Member's Area', where we communicated in a very timely manner with him, pictures of his device, and our internal systems showing his 'Accept the Price' selection: https://imgur.com/a/SkzHBt5
Had an old laptop from college that wasn’t functioning anymore. Sent it over to recycle and maybe get a few dollars out of it. Shipping label was easy to print and computer was quickly reviewed once sent. Hoping the check arrives soon. They were a little harsh on examining the laptop but was planning to throw it out anyway.

I called the company to obtain a lithium battery label needed in order to ship my lap top to them. They never responded! Great customer service!

Thank you for the compliment on our great customer service. It's true, we do our best every day to satisfy each of the Seller's we work with. In this case, however, it seems strange you would choose to lie about something so easily proved false. Here is a link with all the relevant photos and screenshots to go along with our explanation, which is hopefully easy to follow for anyone who is curious: https://imgur.com/a/ir8TSmX As you can see, our company has no phone number. You did not email us. You did not message us in our "Member's Area". Why have you decided to lie, Laura? In any case, you not only used the pre-paid label we provided and successfully sent us your device, but it was not in the condition you promised it would be, hence your order was reduced to a $0 pay out from your initial quote of $4. As you selected "Accept the Price" the order was completed. If you are still confused in some way, please check the "Terms and Conditions" you had to read and agree to before completing your order, but we'll link it here just in case: https://sellagadget.com/terms-and-conditions
