Six months after moving in my rent increased more than 20%

Im very disappointed because when I started renting a storage space, there was a promotion rate of less than $100 a month n now after just a little over 2yrs im being charge $280 a month! Ridiculous! I wish I could take my junks out of d storage to save money but I don't have space.. I wish u can lower my monthly rent so I can stay with d rental..

The raise the rates too much and elevator breaks

Raised rent for no reason. We are going to find another storage company. We get nothing in exchange for this raise.

Way too many attempts to automate the process which creates the inability to get anything done. E.g Should be able to call the office to change a credit card - but you talk to an outsourced person who has no accountability takes no action to help solve the problem and the entire system is broken as a result.

The staff is courteous but $50/mo. increase after just 6 months is unacceptable. And the letter doesn't even specify why so it sounds arbitrary! I don't appreciate the bait and switch...

The had drywall construction while I had my belongings in a storage unit down the hall. The storage unit was open at the top and even though I had much of it covered the drywall got under into everything.

She answer all my question and show me the unit that I was interested and very friendly and she spoke Spanish i will recommend this facility to any of my friends
