I joined Selfdecode back in 2017 and love going into the DNA data! The site gives you reports aligned with your genetics that can guide you to feel great! I refer this to those who want a trusted source to look into their genetics to learn how best to live! Take control of your life!

Thank you for your review!
I have refered to it regularly over the past few years to get new DNA-based reports, upload my bloodwork results (PDFs), etc. The bloodwork results are displayed on a dashboard. Easy to understand with actionable recommendations - supplements, food, lifestyle changes, etc. It is particularly useful in that the results show if you are in the lab's "normal range" but are actually sub-optimal and what to do about it.

Thank you for your review, John!
I liked the service and gave me some really good insights. I got charged another 100$ after some time though because I didnt cancel my subscribtion. Even though this is also my mistake I highly prefer companies where it is as obvious as possible to see ongoing subscriptions and make cancelling as easy as possible. I didnt see I still had it and wasted 100 dollar now completely.

We’re glad to hear that you found our service helpful and insightful. We understand your frustration regarding the subscription renewal. Please know that at the time of sign-up, we clearly communicated that our service is subscription-based. Additionally, we sent an email reminder 30 days in advance of the renewal to ensure there was ample time to cancel if desired, and this email included cancellation instructions for your convenience. We strive to make our cancellation process as straightforward as possible. If you ever need assistance with this or have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help! Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you continue to enjoy our service.
