The guys at Self Decode have been fantastic in reshipping a test kit for me which went astray during return shipping. They attended to the problem without fuss and promptly resent a replacement kit. They have been fantastic to deal with to this point.

positive experience, i love details and underlying data behind the result, selfdecode has a lot of interesting details to dig into and links in the report, it is impressive, customer service also responded my questions promptly. Recommended to my friends.

I've been a customer of SelfDecode for about a year now. I'm absolutely amazed at how much the site has evolved! I've learned so much helpful information to improve my health right now and prevent future health issues. Their customer support team is top-notch and always quickly resolves any issues that have come up. I feel like they really listen, which is rare these days!

Changed the TOS midyear then applies the new TOS to your old TOS agreement. I never agreed to the new TOS. They breached our TOS agreement. Go to wayback machine if you've gotten conned by them saying they do not give refunds. If they breach the TOS they're obligated by law to issue your refund. "Hi Steve, I hope this response finds you well. I want to reach out and personally apologize for any confusion surrounding our refund policy. I can definitely understand how frustrating that might have been for you to feel like we weren't honoring the original Terms of Service (TOS) you agreed to. We are committed to treating our customers with fairness and integrity, so we take your concern seriously. I've thoroughly looked into the TOS that you agreed to, which you sent to us via email, and you are absolutely correct that we've changed the wording of our TOS. However, we have not changed the actual Terms; we've only edited them to make them more clear. We have not breached the TOS that you agreed to in any way." Actually you have. The language used in the TOS that I agreed to says nothing about auto-renewals not being refunded and cancelations within 30 days and even honoring cancelations after 30 days at a pro-rated rate. You did not contact me to agree to the new terms. Totally scummy and untrustworthy. Lord only knows who they sell all your DNA to.
