Was the most affordable location to buy a sauna. They also shipped very fast, like in less than a week! The sauna was an Almost Heaven Hillsboro. Select Saunas even put in detailed instructions for both the sauna construction and the heater setup.

Hi Matthew, We appreciate your review, I hope you've been enjoying your Hillsboro! Alex
Placed my order 2 weeks ago. No updates on shipping, processing, handling or anything. Nobody responds in website chat, no order tracking from order history. I do not recommend the experience of placing an order and going completely blind on progress. I feel as if I had been scammed. Will update the review if I get any response from them. Update: they resolved the issue

Hi Ricardo, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Your rain jacket shipped the afternoon before this review was posted, just after we had gone offline for the day, which is why you hadn’t yet received tracking details at the time. I completely understand how frustrating it can feel to be waiting without an update, but please note we responded to your message on the same day, shortly after you asked for an update, so I don't feel it's completely fair to call us unresponsive. Stock for this item was listed as limited right on the product page, which can occasionally add a short processing delay. We always do our best to keep customers informed and ship as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience. If there’s anything else we can help with, please reach out directly, we’re always happy to assist. Alex
Easy set-up, my wife and I completed in less than six hours crate to finished. We are in our 70's, anyone can do it.

Hi Pete, We appreciate your review! :) Alex
Great service, fantastic consultation service (helped me choose heater), quick delivery and very good quality of the heater I ordered! Don't look any further if sauna stuff is what you're looking for - they have all things sauna here and the service to back their quality products up! I already recommend Select Sauna to everyone I know and couldn’t recommend them any more than I already am! Huge thanks to Alex and Chris, the guys behind Select Sauna - you guys are a great team. Choose them as your source, you’ll be amazed!
