I brewed the Operator Focus blend as an Americano and it was super smooth! I drank it black and it was tasty without any bitterness. I’m definitely going to make this blend part of my normal regiment!

Thank you for the review and for believing in our vision. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed Operator Focus and hope to continue to contribute to the community.
Night Watch has quickly become my goto coffee for late nights. It’s a smooth medium-dark roast with rich dark chocolate flavor, a touch of caramel sweetness, and a subtle cedar note that adds depth without overpowering the cup. What really stands out is how low the acidity is there’s no harsh brightness or bitter bite, just a full-bodied, balanced finish that feels steady and controlled. I can drink it during long work sessions without feeling jittery or overstimulated, and it keeps me focused without a crash. The fact that it’s made from 100% roasted coffee beans with no additives makes it even better. If you need sustained alertness and a smooth, composed cup for evening or night work, Night Watch delivers.
