This is the first and last time.
This is the first and last time that I will deal with this company. I purchased two items. They had me pay for the “ Route Protection Plan, I was not asked if I wanted this, it was in the final bill. My package arrived, the packing slip listed the two articles in the package. There was only one. I sent an email to the company explaining this. They wrote back asking that I send a copy of the packing slip, and I did. They went on to advise me to download the Route tracking app and explain the issue to them. I really did not want another app. I started to do this, but Route wanted me to use Google. The mistake was on SeaWitch, and should have been simple enough to rectify, but they could not do it. Pathetic business sense.
