I love my Amia chair! No more back aches after sitting all day. It was a perfect purchase for my work office.

Thank you for spending time to complement us. We appreciate your positive feedback.
I received a high-quality chair in less time than originally predicted. I don't think you can beat that anywhere. And the chair has improved my ergo setup and my back and shoulders are no longer in pain. FYI - I had originally tried to find a chair locally via eBay. I opted not to go that route because it was from an individual seller. I wanted the backing of the customer service from Seatingmind should something not be right. I am very satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it.
I see some people had issues here, but I had a very positive experience and it involved a return/exchange. I recently ordered an Aeron chair from them. I got shipping information quickly, and it ended up arriving just a few days later. The chair arrived in perfect new condition, BUT i ended up ordering the wrong size due to reading the incorrect size chart on another site. I needed a size up. I contacted to arrange a return, and it was a simple deal for them. They provided shipping label, fedex picked up. They provided a code upon return, I ordered my new chair and it showed up 2 days later! So for something that was a little more complex than a simple order I was very pleased with everything.

Thank you Jack for taking the time to share with us your positive experience of returning and exchanging your Size B Aeron Chair for a Size C Aeron. We look forward to servicing you again in the future.
I was worried when I started reading the other reviews of Seatingmind after my order was already placed. However, I received my chair this morning and it is exactly as described. It was packaged securely and functions as expected. I placed my order on April 26th (a Friday), and the tracking number was sent to me on April 29th (the next Monday). The chair did not ship until May 6th (a week after the tracking number was generated), and it was delivered to me on May 10th. I don't mean to discount the other reviews, since a good number of people seem to have had issues. However, this may just be a case of only the dissatisfied customers being motivated to write a review. In my case, it was a smooth process.

I bought the same exact desk chair that I did 40 years ago and at a much cheaper price? Couldn't be happier.
