I received my Herman Miller Sayl chair today after waiting less than a week and its a great deal. Its in excellent condition and its very comfortable. I would buy from them again.

I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron Chair back in November and was aware that it would take at least 3 weeks to be delivered. The chair arrived in good condition before Christmas despite weather related and volume package delays. I have been in business most of my life and know that a disgruntled customer will tell as many people as possible. A person with a good customer experience will only let a handful know about it. I normally don't write reviews but because of the previous reason and the fact that I had a great customer experience I wanted to share it. The chair is fabulous and the customer service was great. I would highly recommend Seating Mind.

Nothing happened. I just placed in order.

The initial e-mail notifications were timely. I look forward to receiving my chair quickly and expect it to be as advertised.

Bought a chair then decided to get one brand new directly from manufacturer (budget had been increased)... they cancelled and refunded my order immediately and were very communicative.

Lots of great options for chairs, new and used. Easy to navigate.

I am filling this out after placing my order and before my chairs ship. I found the website very useful, particularly the explanations of and comparisons among different styles for chairs. I cannot speak to the quality of the refurbished chairs I ordered yet.

Product was in perfect condition. Assembly was easy, although some may have benefitted from some simple instructions. Shipping was fast. Very happy with everything.
