Once I placed my order, the status only said "awaiting shipment." I wish the site provided a little more clarity about when I can expect the order to arrive.

I received my chair about 4 weeks after ordering, which is reasonable, given the pandemic. The product was as expected, clean and mostly assembled - just needed to attach the back to the chair. It did require a "star" bit for a screwdriver, but luckily we had one. They could have been a little more communicative, but in general they were responsive and the product was as advertized. Happy to know that it is 100% refurbished so we're doing our part for the environment!

I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I had chosen the company because I'm also located in NJ and was optimistic things would happen faster. I'm empathetic to the impacts of Covid so I've been tolerant of how long this is taking but I'm in the dark. No expectations have been set on when the chair will actually arrive. More insight and expectation setting would result in a better experience thus far. Hopefully the product exceeds expectations. Update: You're not understanding the feedback. You're missing an opportunity to improve your customer's experience. As I said in my email, after order, it took 8 days before I heard anything about my order. The canned email said the product was being prepared for shipping but didn't at that point set more specific expectations. A week later and no further updates. My point: how about communicating in the first order acknowledgement email the overall steps in the process and when I should expect to progress through your process. Each subsequent email outlines the progress (with expected days in each). Also unless I setup an account at time of order I have no way to self service check your system. For example other companies offer the ability to enter order number and shipping zip code to check an order status. Net: everyone no mater what they purchase prefers to know where things stand. You have a computer system that can help you if you simply make some adjustments to how you communicate. In this case had I know up front the time from order to shipping would be so long I'd have tried to arrange me driving there to get it. Delivery Update: My chair arrived today via UPS. It was packaged inside a cardboard box with bubble wrap softening the pointy corners so the chair wouldn't take the brunt of handling and potentially damage the box. Clean and complete so the quality of the chair meets expectations. If you order from seatingmind I think you'll be satisfied with the quality of the product but be forewarned the time to assemble and package your order may not be clear to you at time of order so caveat emptor and check that it will meet your needs. updated rating to a four

Free shipping, great price and easy to navigate web site. I had my purchase done in moments using PayPal. Can't wait for my chair to be delivered so I can work in comfort.

I was looking for a Herman Miller chair & googled for it. Seatingmind.com popped up. Since I already have HM Celle chairs, the Mirra on sale looked attractive. However, product description in the site was insufficiently descriptive for people unfamiliar w/ the product. I had to go to Herman Miller website to get comfortable w/ the product features. If you're not going to provide a comprehensive description, then provide a link to the manufacturer's website for more product details. Will have to see how the Mirra stacks up against the Celle, which is a truly good ergonomic chair, unlike many cheaper "ergonomic" chairs.
