It would be very helpful to let customers know when to expect delivery of product ordered

Every page on the web site has a link on the footer; Shipping and Rt urns. You may not have noticed it.
I was able to find a reasonably priced refurbished chair easily and ordering was simple and allowed for several payment methods. I'm a bit anxious about the delivery time as this is a Christmas gift and I also want to see the condition of the refurbished chair before gifting. I understand there are going to be delays in service but hoping for a bit more communication.

It was just as expected, accessing product lines was straight forward, setting up account easy. I expect to get the in reasonable time, I tried getting one from Madison Seating and they pushed and pushed out the delivery date, and my patience though planty can be exhausted

The website was very easy to maneuver thru and the explanations of each chair was quite helpful. HOWEVER, IT'S TAKING FOREVER TO GET HERE!!! Why does it take so long???

You just placed the order last week. Refurbished chairs take a while to look over and repair where needed. Please email [email protected] in a few days to get the shipping information.
The ordering process was great. The communication on when I could expect the chairs to arrive was not clear and had to reach out to get an update. An update was provided within 24-hours.

Aspa Chair By Seating Mind was affordable and shipped quickly. However, I needed both a 1/4" and a 5/8" drill bit and an M6 1.25 tap to put the thing together. Terrible quality control.

Trust pilot asked about my experience with this order. I don't know how to answer this when I haven't received the chair? Perhaps Trust Pilot should send its questionnaire after I have received the chair. I ordered it on September 22, and the website states that most orders are processed in 10 to 15 days, and I agreed to that condition. But, Trust Pilot asked about my experience, and I really don't know how to answer that question, when I have paid and haven't received the chair. Yes, it was easy to order the chair, I think, but this entire transaction is still incomplete because Seatingmind has not yet fulfilled its part of this transaction. So there is the info. After I receive the chair, I'll have an opportunity to change the rating

Not a fair evaluation. You did not even allow the standard shipping time to elapse and you are complaining of a late arrival! That is unfair. Read the shipping time posted on the bottom of every page and then kindly remove your rating.
The process is slower than what is advertised on the website, even including an add for COVID 19. Once shipped, the chairs arrived quickly. The actual chairs are not as advertised. They were advertised as refurbished grey mesh with black leather seat. The black leather is vinyl, not leather. I was expecting that the leather would have been the original finish when in actuality it was just a poorly fit cover over the original fabric. Fit and finish on this poorly sewn cover is laughable.
