First, the positive: Items will arrive nicely packaged - and they look good. That's as far as the positives go, so far. I was assured that all of our items would arrive in time for our Grand Opening. They did not all arrive (not even close), and there was NO follow-up communication, until I requested it, following them letting us know the items would not be arriving in time. Here we are, almost a week later, still waiting. No communication, again, until I requested. Their customer "service" is extremely lacking. In fact, it's almost embarrassing. If you're trying to meet a deadline - you might want to reconsider your choice of using them. If you have a ton of time, maybe not. I gave them a two star review because the items that did arrive look good and were packaged nicely. BUT, correspondence is terrible; very important deadlines were missed; it's incredibly difficult to reach the right person; no one wants to take responsibility - or give a straight answer. Rather than getting me the items that we're still missing, their first offer was simply to ask if I wanted a refund. I NEED MY ITEMS!!!

We purchased four 42"x42" butcher block tables and fourteen chairs from Seating Masters. Aside from taking five weeks to ship with minimal customer service care, the tables arrived with bases that cannot adequately support the tabletop size — the bases are stable on the floor, but the tops wobble noticeably. We submitted videos documenting the wobble. The base isn't adequate to support a large top. Their response: assembly error. For a table. And then six weeks after purchase, we received notice that the chairs had been discontinued — just an after-the-fact notification with no apology, just a recommended alternative chair. Best to choose an alternative vendor.
