SearchBergReviews of searchberg.com

I didn't have a good experience with Searchberg. I was promised results in 4 months by Marcus (sales person I believe) when making the deal. It was a great disappointment and the results were terrible. They were unable to generate genuine traffic to my website therefore I no longer do business with them.

I left a bad review before, when talking about the 100% money back guarantee, because I didnt get my money back. But the rule seems to be that if they do the work or almost all of it, it doesnt count. So in all honesty, it's not a 100% money back guarantee, but more like a "you can get it back if its within all the terms", so like any company with that type of a routine. But over to the positive part. They reached out and offered to complete the work, so that's very big of them, I believe. It shows that they want to finish with style, sort of I guess.

This company filled out a contact form on my website for event photography instead of emailing me using the email address I give at the top of my contact form. This prompted a workflow for the fake event they inputted a date and number of hours of coverage needed. This is one way to make sure a photographer will never use your services. Very unprofessional agency.

Searchberg has been doing my SEO services since 2015. Jake is my current project manager. I find him very professional, courteous and helpful in making sure my project needs are fulfilled with utmost dedication. Searchberg has given me traffic on my website so that I can run my business effectively. Good job, Jake. I look forward to working with you. Rekha Shrivastava of Blossom Hypnosis.

Their services are horrible. I singed up 3 weeks ago for a 3 hour coaching call and havent had 1 call scheduled. I keep getting the run around about the calls being scheduled. Beware before you hire them.

pretty good like rapidskills

On the positive side: They increased traffic of my Web site about as much as my best expectations for this price. They showed good (thought quite not perfect) understanding of science. On the negative side: I'd wish if it cost less. Well, it is just a wish. They repeatedly did something other instead of the revisions I requested. Finally I asked to fire the person responsive to manage revisions, and after this they started to do it much better, finally accomplishing what I requested, however after some time loss. Their design for a low cost was impressing, but with some technical errors. I paid on Fiverr to fix one of the errors and complained. They gave me a discount for the next order in compensation of this, on an amount more than I lost with Fiverr. They fixed the rest errors themselves. No people are perfect, I'd rate it more as a positive experience despite of all drawbacks.

This company by far has the worst customer service and work ethic. They made all of these big claims about what they could do to get my business ranked in Google and when it was time for them to deliver the articles that they wrote had grammatical errors, the verbiage in the articles was not reminiscent of the quality information that I provide to my clients, the changes that they made to my website looked so terrible that I paid my web developer to undo their work, and their money-back guarantee is simply a way to swindle people out of money. They provided such low quality work that I had no choice but to ask for my money back and although they agreed to give me a full refund they did not hold true to their word. They even offered to give me my money back and continue providing me with SEO services but the quality of the work that they provide and their customer service is so terrible that I do not want them to do any work for me, even it is free. Do not patronize this business in any capacity.
