1st, my project was scoped with all the features/capabilities from the start. I gave them customer journey docs, story board images and gave user stories and spent countless hours trying to get them to understand what the business. Needless to say a project that was scoped/priced at 4 weeks to completion, turned into 7.5 months before live. Then, countless issues and lack of completing features made things even more difficult. I will say that they did respond quickly to the issues. However, it became too wearing to tolerate anymore as I was having to correct and catch things that a designer/developer should know. I canceled their support and have had to shell out more $ to move my site to a company that truly brings design options to the table and keeps my site working.

We have used their UI design services for our website and our customer platform. The kick off was smooth and the outcomes mostly satisfying. For some projects I was missing the precise implementation of feedback we have discussed in a follow up call. Seems like no one took notes and therefor some feedback points were not taken into account. The communication was good and on time.

Vishal was helpful in making edits even after my site was launched to ensure we had a product we could work with and grew with us as we evolve.
