Easy to shop

I bought a device from Sculpther and it stopped working after a few months. Supposedly, there is a warranty on the product but I cannot get a response from them after three attempts. I’m tired of companies like this. Don’t waste your money. Request 1254 was received on May 27th Request 1407 was received on May 28th Request 1785 was received on June 2nd I have sent you a video as you requested. I do not understand why you are making me jump through so many hoops in order to honor your warranty. The product was purchased on 1/20/26, order #7434 in the amount of $149.95. My complaint was initiated in May of 2026. The issue was never resolved. I do not understand what additional information you need. Video resent on 9/16/26.

I was charg d $168 for this device and I thought it was half that! I’m not sure how much it’s helping so far but there’s no way it is worth that!

The information on the site and the reviews gave me the confidence to order.

I wanted to try this product because I’ve had pelvic floor issues after having two kids naturally.. I’m sick of leaking as well as peeing when I sneeze 😂

Was s little hard to navigate site and free was only free if I subscribed to refill which was disappointing

Unfortunately, I ordered my product a month ago and still have not received it. I have reached out ScultHer via email several times, but no reply when I look at the tracking it tells me that my order is going through customs, which I didn't know it was coming from another country. Still waiting for the product. I am definitely looking at the tracking information. It's very clear. I placed my order 5/11tg. My order has been in customs since May 18th. It's now June 13th
