EDIT: They fixed my issue. ORIGINAL TITLE: Their support is awful
EDIT: They actually fixed my issue and gave me all the credits back plus told me I was able to use the records pulled by accident (I don't need them anyway but it was a nice gesture). This turned around my opinion about their service. I still think their response rate is not the fastest but after all, due to how they handled the situation, it was a positive experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Their support is awful. I'm not sure if it was a misclick or a glitch but they exported 800 accounts I did not want to export. I asked them to delete those accounts and give the credits back, they take a really long time to answer, answer in broken English and ask questions like "what does your billing page say?" They should know what my billing page says since they are the company I'm using. As of now they still haven't fixed my issue. If they at least delete those accounts and give the credits back I will edit my review.
