The shipping was very good. I expected the horn to be louder considering all the hype. I'm satisfied with the total experience.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for your business and support! Enjoy the riding season in Morgantown WV! Ride safe!
Until I get a response from Tech support, I can only give a 3. I received the package when expected, that's all I can report. The horn I have does not activate. I sent a message through their tech support messaging system but have not received confirmation of receipt for a week now. Simply put, I expect better response, even if only automated.

Hi Chris, We have just seen this review, and our tech support team has no record of any inquiries from you, SO.... we researched your order number and sent you an email this morning to assist you in the installation. Please advise.
The horn I purchased was touted as being much louder than the stock horn on my 2020 Harley-Davidson Tri-Glide. I didn't sense the horn to be any louder. It was extremely easy to replace the OEM with this horn, took 10 minutes, top. Just was expecting either a different tone or more volume.

Thank you for your business and support!
Better than stock. Easy to install. Don't understand why it's over $90 dollars though. There's others that are cheaper with the same dB.

Hi Josh, Thank you for your business and support. Actually we have to disagree with your statement of same DB but at a lower price. This is simply is not true, false advertising claims of dB ratings, random cell phone meter ratings, various tones, ( higher vs. the lower Mini Banshee tone), warranty coverage from none with competitors to our industry leading 2 year warranty coverage.... These all play an important roll with our product line. Lastly, our Mini is competitively priced on the performance and value. Clearly your comment of $90 is misrepresenting our MSRP. Your price was your shipping costs, which again are subjective to where you live in the world. As a matter of fact we have many international buyers that's have gladly paid USPS, UPS, DHL, $25 to $50 USD in shipping fees to have a safe, loud reliable horn. Again thank you for our feedback, business and support! Be Loud Be Cool Be Banshee
I love this horn. Well made and super loud

Thank you Jon! Please keep in touch!
The mini banshee was a definite upgrade from the stock horn on the Indian Scout. I love my motorcycle but the horn sounded like a moped. The banshee gave it a deeper tone and definitely louder.

Hi Jeffery, Thank you for your feedback, business and support! Enjoy riding our Indian Scout, and be safe! Be Loud Be cool Be Banshee
Absolutely totally impressed. Went through three horn replacements and even a new H-D replacement sounded like a sick calf - no exaggeration, the horn just sounded weird (I have owned 37 bikes and now have 2). This horn, as a plug-in replacement is WAY better than any stock horn bar none!
