Hard to cancel subscription - fraud patterns
If you go to their skool and then want to leave, make sure that you click through 8-9 steps of subscription cancellation otherwise subscription will not be cancelled and you will be the only one who made the mistake. They are innocent. Be aware that "cancel subscription" doesn't cancel it YET, only final "leave the community" does... or looks like it does... I will see it if they charge me next month AGAIN. Good business doesn't use fraud patterns. I already cancelled subscription -- i though I cancelled it -- twice and was charged twice! And it's not $5 bill that you don't notice ... Content may be good , but that experience with subscription ruined it all

Hey Kate, I replied directly to your DM and Skool post but responding here too in case you hadn't caught those. We're sorry you didn't have a good cancellation experience - it's definitely not our intention, we only want you to be part of the community if you're actively getting value from it! Glad to hear you enjoyed the actual content & community - as that's what's important to us. By the way, I have already refunded the month's subscription that was renewed unintentionally! That being said, if you need to cancel a Skool membership in future (all communities have the exact same cancellation process) - the instructions can be found publicly here: https://help.skool.com/article/99-how-to-cancel-my-subscription-to-a-community All the best on your AI & Automation journey, Simon
