Very efficient and very professional and thorough, highly recommend David

Thorough, explained everything and listened to concerns and area that I wanted additional attention paid to. Highly recommend

Dave was very thorough, and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the implications of any findings. I especially appreciated the report giving me specific guidance in terms of types of contractors needed for a given repair.

Was able to complete the inspection in a 24 hour timeframe. Efficient, thorough, and professional.

Very thorough inspection at a great price. Also appreciate follow-up recommendations. Thanks!

Our experience was excellent from the beginning. Our communication was always prompt on setting appointments and reminders. We met with Scott in person at the property and he toured us around to see various issues. His advice was helpful on rating the. Issues that needed attention from the seller. He went into detail that was easy to understand.
