great customer support
An electrician this year fitted an external socket to my house, made by Scolmore. Recently the clip that holds the fascia down snapped, presumably with the very cold weather. I emailed Scolmore and very quickly they responded, and sent (at no cost) 2 replacement clips out, arriving the following day. That's great service.
