As we mentioned in our response to your PayPal claim, the digital product you purchased is available to you in your Learning Center, where you can download it at any time. For this reason, PayPal has decided the case in our favor. Please note that SCMDOJO does not offer refunds on digital products. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our business, as allowing refunds after download could lead to situations where products are used, shared, and then refunded—making it unsustainable for us to continue offering these resources. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support.
