Raid new formulation aqueous based is basically crap. It might smell ok but it's not a patch on the older formulation. So folks don't waste your money on this product unless you want a room freshener!!!!!

Glade Odor Fighting Soft Mist Air Freshener is Very Wet! It is not a Soft Mist. It's wet and becomes sticky on all surfaces. I like the fragrances, which is the reason I purchase it. There's even a warning on the can "wipe floors if wet to avoid injury." Reviews/Complaints on glade.com Complaints Board shows MANY complaints since 2012, with a statement: "Resolved. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction." Obviously there are countless customers who are not satisfied.

Bought the new Raid Water Base Fly, Wasp & Mosquito killer with Eucalyptus Aroma - It does not work. Ive practically sprayed a fly over the top of it and still it flies off and around no buzzing dying sound. Other flies are just laughing at us. No worth the money

Totally useless! Needs two very strong fingers to get it to spray and then …. nothing! Flies don’t seem at all bothered. Total waste of money. Avoid.

I bought your product raid for the moths - scented bags with lavander. Well, there is NO lavander in the bags and they don't have a beautiful smell of lavander - they smell like mothballs - naphthalene!! The odor was so nasty, I had to take out all the bags I put in my wardrobe. After 2 hours, my room still stinks of damn naphthalene, and my head hurts! And did you know that naphthalene couses CANCER!? Shame on you for lieing to the customers.

Appalling company . I used their Watermelon Whirlwind Toilet Duck - toilet cleaner. AVOID BUYING IT! Because the bottle is not transparent , you cannot see the liquid colour inside. It is deep purple, and the first night I used it, Thursday 18th June 2026 , the next morning it had stained the toilet bowl purple. I scrubbed and scrubbed and it came off very slightly. I complained shortly afterwards and they replied today via email- Monday 22.06.2026 . No apologies, blaming my toilet, it didn't stain the toilet purple it just collected on the limescale and it isn't a limescale cleaner. Gaslighting! They went to great lengths to tell me how to get it off using white vinegar. On the bottle underneath the Limited Edition advert, it says removes limescale and freshens. So in reply , I have pointed that out. They are a family firm apparently, so they will back each other up. I clean my toilet bowl everyday, limescale???? It doesn't get a chance in my loo! THE PURPLE STAIN IS STILL IN THE LOO- 4 DAYS LATER!!!! I am going back to where I bought it from and tell the shop what happened. I suggested to SC Johnson in my first email that they should take it off the shelves. P.S. It doesn't smell of anything, watermelons don't as a rule do they, they are mainly seeds and water!

It took months to even get a response to an issue I had with their products. Then when I responded to their request for further details, I heard nothing. Almost one month after not even the courtesy of a response. Congratulations to for such a rubbish experience with your company. Konstantinos P. EU Consumer Experience Center Reference Number: 23067036
