Been smoking concentrates daily for 4 years and I do a little powder everyday. Tried another popular product with mixed reviews a couple months ago and I dont think my levels budged because they were still 11ng for thc and 14000ng for the other. SciTox brought me down from that (or probably higher because itd been over 2 months) all the way to 0 which is impossible according to multiple sites I read and one other detox company. Obviously its not because it happened. I sent them my results so they could post them if you want proof. If it worked for me it should work for anybody unless yall dont do something right. I did the double treatment per their recommendation. Also I should mention it wasnt really that rough on my hair til close to the end of the second treatment when it started to feel lifeless but I wouldnt have cared if some of my hair broke off for what I gained from passing. But 2 weeks later and my hair looks and feels normal again. Some of the best money I have ever spent. Will make it back times a thousand. Don't listen to the haters theres nothing better out there. I truly owe so much to this incredible…
I truly owe so much to this incredible company! I was deep in substance use for over a year, and honestly, if I didn’t turn things around, it would have been the end for me. I risked losing everything that mattered. I had tried the macho method shampoo from Amazon before but failed spectacularly. The thought of going down that road again was daunting, but I didn't know where else to turn.
In my quest for answers, I started combing through Amazon reviews, hoping to find insights into others’ experiences, and that’s when I stumbled upon a review from someone who had failed with the same shampoo but then passed using Scitox. They even shared their results—what a game-changer! I kept reading and found other raving reviews about Scitox that made me think, “Wow, could this really be the answer?”
My research revealed mostly positive feedback about their products, and even when there were a few negative reviews, Scitox was quick to explain the situations. The contrast with other hair detox brands was staggering; so many had countless negative reviews about failed tests. It was a clear choice for me to trust Scitox rather than risking failure again with another brand that didn’t work for me.
I also discovered on Reddit that Scitox held a solid reputation among users who had similar issues. It felt like fate! After all my research, I absolutely trusted that I was making the right decision. I encourage anyone feeling uncertain to dig deep into your own research—you might find the same reassuring conclusions I did. I’m overjoyed that my choice paid off!
Now, a couple of months later, I’m happily sober by choice, and I can’t help but think how different it could have been if I had faced failure and lost everything. I’m incredibly grateful to Scitox for being there for me when I struggled to stand on my own. They showed me that my past mistakes don’t define my future, and I’m so thankful for this fresh start!

I had a horrible experience considering it wasn’t easy getting a hold of somebody to get the product and then when I finally did get a hold of them, I had to beg them to answer and respond. I finally got the product I used it exactly as the directions told me to and I still failed my hair follicle I asked for a refund told them I had my results I could send them to them and I got no response.

We are truly sorry to learn of your situation. Our manager experienced an unforeseen personal emergency that extended for several weeks in April, which led to us operating with reduced staff and limited guidance. The team members on duty had access to only specific communication channels. Given our current standing as a leading hair detox company, largely due to our exceptional success rates, managing all inquiries without the manager's oversight proved challenging. However, we are pleased to inform you that operations have now returned to normal.
Regarding your specific concern, we do not have any record of you or your communications concerning a failed test. We sincerely apologize if you are indeed a customer, but we have been unable to locate any information pertaining to you or messages about a failed test within our system for the entire month of April. Furthermore, we have not had any reported failures in 2026 to date, and we would be very interested in learning more about your particular situation for scientific and statistical analysis. Please feel free to send a text message to 214-997-1978, and we will work to assist you further.
Best regards.
Waste of time potentially con
I struggled to contact them form start, they finally reached out after I called, texted, and emailed. I waited these were days in between. I placed my order 4/1/26 for two day shipping. Here I am 4/17/26. I emailed them, called them, and messaged them I continue with no reply. There is no customer service and I think the whole business might be a con. And the only reason their product works so well according to reviews is they're fake reviews, or because you wait so long for the product you hair follicle cleans out itself by the time you receive the product. Best to avoid this company.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Your order was placed during an unforeseen emergency in April that significantly impacted our fulfillment operations. This disruption was entirely unintentional and occurred while responsibilities were being transferred among remaining and interim staff. Fortunately, because you paid a legitimate business using a credit/debit card, you were protected and received a refund. Scammers generally do not maintain legitimate merchant processing for long, as payment processors quickly shut down businesses that accumulate unresolved disputes and chargebacks.
Another point worth considering is that Trustpilot actively combats fake reviews using systems that analyze IP addresses, device IDs, and other metadata. We also have reviews from numerous countries around the world, which is precisely why we use Trustpilot while many competitors avoid it. We are not afraid of negative reviews because, outside of unusual situations like this temporary disruption, the overwhelming majority of customer feedback remains positive. If you compare Trustpilot reviews, website feedback, and independent forum discussions, the sentiment is generally consistent: significantly more positive than negative. Most negative comments relate to shipping or operational issues rather than unsuccessful product results.
We are actively increasing staff and implementing contingency plans to ensure that events like this do not affect customers in the future.
Regarding claims that customers should “avoid this company,” it is important to recognize that there have historically been very few consistently effective alternatives available, particularly for significant exposure situations. While some competing products may occasionally work, our data and customer results support our claims. In fact, we have repeatedly invited competitors to participate in a real-world comparison test in which customers could use multiple products on different sections of hair under identical conditions. We have even offered to pay for the competing products ourselves. Despite invitations through phone calls, emails, and online forums, none have accepted. One competitor whose owner moderates a major forum even prohibited our posts offering the challenge.
Regrettably, that same individual also appears to operate under numerous aliases, posting statements such as “I know two people who used it and failed,” “SciTOX is just the Macujo method,” or “I used SciTOX and failed.” We encourage people to examine posting histories objectively. In many cases, these profiles repeatedly discuss drug testing, claim to have “worked at a lab,” and consistently attack SciTOX while promoting another product that conveniently belongs to the same individual.
Ironically, the competing product is actually far closer to traditional Macujo method ingredients than SciTOX is, despite repeatedly accusing us of being “just Macujo.” That likely explains why their process often requires excessive repetitions — sometimes reportedly hundreds of washes — whereas SciTOX works for most users within hours and only requires a few repetitions, with additional applications needed only in more extreme cases.
Ultimately, people are free to choose whichever product they believe is best. However, many highly educated customers — including doctors, attorneys, and professionals — continue to choose SciTOX because of the results they have experienced firsthand.

I have used this product several times and it works! It’s amazing stuff you will not fail! And the workers are amazing as well they helped me out so much!

Burnt product 👎
I want to start by saying that the reviews you see on Reddit and online for this product are so obviously purchased or written by employees. I was one of the people who almost fell for it.
I followed the instructions exactly as written. There was one minor tweak in the order of steps that I made on my own, but that alone should not have caused the level of hair loss that I experienced. I have photos to prove it.
Not only did the product cause very serious hair damage, but I also did not pass my hair test. So I lost both ways.
They advertise a "money back guarantee," but do not be fooled. Even when you provide proof of a failed test, they will not refund you. Instead, they will find every possible way to place the blame on you, the buyer — calling your usage an "extreme minority" case, questioning your steps, and essentially telling you that you should be grateful their product even gave you a chance. They’ll call you impatient. The response I received was extremely condescending and dismissive. When I originally posted a review, they reached out and offered $100, and I deleted my review on trust pilot because I didn't want to negatively impact their business and thought they were making it right. The $100 was never sent. I regret deleting that review, which is why I'm posting this now.
If you are panicking and desperate, the way I was, please do not waste your money on this product. It does not work, and the damage it can cause is VERY real. I am an actual human being telling you this is a load of lies. Save your money, save your hair.

1. First of all you are blatantly lying about results. YOU ADMITTED THAT YOU DIDNT EVEN END UP TAKING YOUR TEST-FOR A POLICE DEPARTMENT BTW. You never showed us negative results. And Thank God because a person with morals such as yours shouldn't work in a position of trust.
2. Secondly, you are in fact in the top 2% of our heaviest users, which inherently increases the risk of hair damage during any intensive detox process, even when instructions are followed precisely., YOUR USAGE DOES PUT YOU IN THE TOP MINORITY OF MOST DIFFICULT SITUATIONS TO DETOX. THUS REQUIRING THE HEAVIEST HARSHEST DOUBLE TREATMENT. AND YES, YOUR SO-CALLED "MINOR TWEAK" Of switching the order of steps 4 and 6 is WHAT CAUSED YOUR HAIR DAMAGE. NOT A MINOR TWEAK. You acknowledged rearranging key steps in the protocol without consulting us first. We could have advised against this change, as it directly contributed to the hair breakage you experienced. Our instructions emphasize following the exact order and reaching out with any uncertainties to minimize risks and side effects, the double treatment does increase risk even if instructions are followed precisely. Though, not usually significant like yours if you follow instructions.
3. If your situation is common, how do we know you're Natalia Chavarria from 3 months ago? Bc you're the only person to claim such results in the past 8 months. If our reviews are so obviously "by us" then what about the lack of negative reviews for failures? You cant pay to erase negatives. Compare ours to ANYTHING ELSE. NO COMPARISON
That said, your specific claims stand out as unique among thousands of customers over the past several months.
Regarding the complimentary partial refund we offered (purely as a gesture of goodwill, despite no obligation on our part):
We initially proposed refunding the $100 to your original payment method, but you indicated it was a temporary or gift card that couldn't accept the return. This left us without a straightforward alternative, and unfortunately, we overlooked following up after exploring options. We take responsibility for that oversight and sincerely apologize.
We firmly reject the other allegations as inaccurate and defamatory. Our customer reviews—both positive and negative—are genuine and open to anyone, as we actively encourage honest feedback. We stand by the effectiveness of our products, backed by consistently strong results across platforms like Trustpilot and elsewhere.
For context on our track record: In the past 365 days, out of over 2,200 customers, we've had only two confirmed GreenOUT failures (one with heavy daily exposure that didnt stop at all- still barely below threshold; another who didn't purchase or use the recommended product/protocol). A small number of non-contact positives occurred (likely due to external contamination, without secondary metabolites indicating ingestion), and possibly one additional positive over a longer period. No other company in this space matches our reliability based on available customer data and testimony.
We challenge competitors to match these outcomes and are open to any side-by-side comparison, including providing free products for testing.
We remain sorry for the delay on the partial refund and are happy to resolve it if you can suggest a simple, workable method (e.g., an alternative payment option). Alternatively, we'd be glad to provide products from our new extra-gentle detox line so you can try it under proper guidance and see the results firsthand.
We value transparency and aim to help all customers succeed where possible—let's focus on that moving forward
Found SciTOX after scouring the…
Found SciTOX after scouring the internet for ways to pass a hair test with only 7 days to prepare after 4+ years of daily use. He answered right away and continued to at all given times throughout the process, and was able to overnight me what I needed when my test was bumped up. I still am in disbelief I passed. I will continue to praise, use and recommend SciTOX to anyone in a similar situation. I can't thank them enough.

I was in full panic mode
I was in full panic mode, I got a random and my company pulls hair. I managed to put it off until the following week with some lying and calling in. As a reflex I ordered the aloe rid shampoo, after reading dozens of reviews that sounded like ppls lives being ruined for smoking weed, i dug a little deeper into available products. Then I came across scitox on reditt, I was up for hours reading the reviews and I started to feel a little hopeful, at my job if you fail you’re fired, no way around it. I called the next day, it took a few attempts, and I was starting to wonder if it was real or not. Eventually I got ahold of Blake, and he patiently answered my 300 questions and assured me even though I was using currently and for the past several weeks I would be fine. I ordered the fastest shipping and waited, the next day I hadn’t received a shipping notice so I called back. Blake looked into it and found the Saturday date I had expected was now Monday. That wouldn’t work for me as I wasn’t sure when they would reschedule my test. He overnighted another kit that showed up that Saturday, I ended up with 5 days to do the full treatment before my test, and a couple months later, I’m still employed. Although he said I didn’t need the bleach step, the product lightened my hair dramatically…to where I needed a tint to make my color close to normal. But, I don’t care…IT WORKED!!! A word to the wise though, call and tell them your situation and let them recommend the kit you’ll need, don’t be an idiot and try to do it yourself. Blake and Scitox saved my ass, and likely my marriage, thank you all so much
