First, I really like what the SciSpace AI can do. However, this is too costly for personal use. I got Premium for one year, but I just exhausted my monthly 1200 credit on the first day already. Their pricing scheme is prohibitive for any serious work for research. At this rate, their top 'Advanced' won't even last a week.

The platform is disappointing, doesn’t deliver anything valuable, and their customer service is basically nonexistent. I subscribed to their best membership, but turned out to be terrible and have no value at all!, so I tried to cancel right away and requested a refund, as they promise a trial period, but they ignored me for days and then refused without explanation I feel scammed and will never recommend this to anyone.

On August 6th, I was charged by SCI Space for an annual subscription I did not authorize. I immediately contacted my bank and had the charge reversed as it was clearly an unauthorized transaction. However, on August 27th, SCI Space charged me again, this time using a different card number, without my consent or approval. This is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about how the company handles customers’ payment data. What makes the situation even worse is that, even after being charged, I still have no access to the annual plan. My account does not show any active subscription, and I am unable to use the service I was billed for. To add to the lack of transparency, the order number and cancellation history related to the initial charge have disappeared from my account. There is no trace of the transaction or the cancellation request I made immediately after the unauthorized charge. I have contacted SCI Space multiple times via email and received no response, no support, and no explanation. At this point, I am requesting one of two things: A full refund of the unauthorized charge, or Immediate activation of the annual subscription plan that I paid for. If no action is taken, I will move forward with complaints to my bank, data protection authorities, and consumer rights organizations.

The service is useless and a total waste of money, and definitely not something you can rely on. They advertise a refund policy, but in reality, they never honor it. After days of chasing them, all I got was silence or repeated robotic emails. Very dishonest business practices — looks like a scam to me.

It is an awesome tool! Worth it!

At the beginning the AI tools runned smothly. Now the are currently with issues, the subscription is expensive and many times it runs problems that not make you able to chat for the pdf for an entire weekend. Extremelly disappointed!
