Gret service that's save a lot of my time

Scispace is a leader in their industry and I will always be a loyal customer. Their AI service platforms are accurate, fast and it saves me hours each week with my work

While AI is still not 100% perfect, the support team makes up for it. Haven't had a single issue that was not resolved in a way I was very happy with!

Very useful application to manage literature and get concise summaries as well as literature reviews. Customer support answers fast and seems competent. Altough I'm curious on whether they will implement changes I suggested.

Although I couldn't find any receipt/invoice information about the subscription, the online customer service responded to my request quickly and promptly.

My issue was resolved promptly, and the service was efficient.

It was immediate communication and very much clear and friendly instructions.
