I found professional ethics of a team quite weak Customer service is poor. Neglect and complete ignorance on questions to clarify their very vague policies Constructive feedback got constantly deleted from feed , even when represented in polite manner with no names attached or perceived by young managers as personal atack. Its more "image" oriented community rather than healthy one Bottom line: Decisions made based on personal perception of a manager , not on clear published rules No questions ever answered The online communities, the most revealing practical signals are usually: whether constructive criticism survives, whether questions about decisions get answered, and whether rules feel predictable rather than personal. However I still left hang in an air for weeks (?) with my question I was neglected with as with everything else such as Why their team has failed to send me notification on my email about my Lifetime Membership so I had to type endless messages with questions for mire than a week ? Disrespectful passive aggressive manner to either Neglect either provide rude responses by Yufeng and Michael signals wrong choice in hire Yufeng couldn't care less about member' s boundaries either - initiating private none emergency stressful calls off decent hours around midnight regularly. He gets accustomed to either complaint for 2 hours to Skool members at a zoom , using their time to his agenda ( im not even kidding about 2 hours zoom in September) complaining how much of a torture his job is and why owners dont care And so everyone has to coach him. That was bad up to the point of wd brown complaining about how pathetic and unprofessional it was , to me on a phone , (wd who is really his friend ( which became custom in this community Nasty Talks behind people's back and smiling to their face ) Than after stressfull Midnight calls which exhausted me , he suggested none engagement of mine with their loco memeber Esther , who constantly posted on a feed , in comment in a Zoom flood of crazy insane staff about witches demons who she "rebuked" out of posts )) and scary crazy insanity.I complained .They didnt ban her. So I agreed and didnt engage with her...and next thing I know he ban me for writing regular normal post about 5 types of people who breach our boundaries with no names attached...And he wrote me VERY angry letter.. And than Michaelangelo, who constantly asking people opinion in Skool about his every choice in life ,whos private stories about him living with his motherI was listening and supported goes to public stream after becoming a manager revealing my private staff that I shared with him and trashes my name publicly for no reason.Puicly.I addressed concern to the Skool of Mentors team and they expressed their approval of their manager publicly bullying me.
