trying to get to someone for customer…
trying to get to someone for customer service after i am locked out, tried it for hours no response at all, no body picks up the call

No Customer Service!
My Schlage Touchless electronic lock would not turn the bolt even after trying all the suggestions in the manual and online. Have tried for over a week to speak to customer service. Unsuccessful. Also sent email with no response. Today, I replaced it with another brand... ended my frustration.

Schlage electronic lock fails to unlock…
Schlage electronic lock fails to unlock shortly after 3 year warranty on the electronics expired. Product was over-priced but I bought it because Schlage used to sell quality products. Those days are gone. Specific lock is BE365 PLY 716, Plymouth keypad deadbolt. It cost $177 in 2019.
