Hello Atita, if you have some issue with your reservation so please reply back to the same email where you received your reservation or you can reach out to us over the live chat if phone lines are busy secondly we didn't drop any phone calls, not even irrelevant calls so it's not possible. If you find some issue with your received document so you should reply back to the same email or you should at least reached out to us over the live chat instead of writing SCAM word, we are always trying our level best to improve the customer experience. Our provided reservation documents/reservations are fully verifiable over the airline's website by using 6 digit PNR code so there is no point in saying "fake" which is unfair. We also emailed you, so please check and if there is some issue with your reservation then reply back to that email.
