Excellent service

Very professional and on time with services.

I really love the responsiveness of SchengenFlightReservation. I have been using them consistently now for the past 2 years and sometimes, I make a mistake in my booking or need to amend a flight ticket and the team is so responsive, that they attend to my concern. For example, recently I was panicking because I had a visa appointment at the French consulate due and I saw that one of my bookings for a flight had the wrong dates. In under 12 hours, they responded to my email, sent me the updated booking for the flight and hotel (no questions asked) and now I have the documents I need.

My flight couldn’t be verified via website. It was only verifiable through airline app thst needs downloading (which embassy would probably not have downloaded.) My hotel reservations were stating different number of people (some said 2 children other said none) and i was told it wouldn’t matter. Was told my travel documents were unreliable by country i applied to. Also when i was using online chat they wouldn’t reply to me (waited for over an hour for a reply). I had to go to the email to have someone reply to me.

I had excellent experience with this service. I booked (Hotel + Insurance + Flight) and received full details within 24 hours. I also needed to make a change in the date for all bookings and they made the change Free of charge and were responsive to emails. I recommend this website they are genuine and get the job done.

Excellent customer service, I have received a prompt reply from the team to all my queries, I had to get the validity of the ticket extended as my visa appointment was rescheduled and they helped me in extending it. I highly recommend them !
