Waited weeks and still no order has been deliverd

*** AVOID *** Worst company I've ever come across. Ordered and waited over a week for one bag of melting granules, when they eventually arrived the smell lasted no longer than 10 minutes. I emailed them questioning this only to be told they don't need my business ..... Wow ...... Was actually shocked! Having read all the other feedback I guess they won't be trading much longer 😡😡😡😡

Kimberly howlett a scentsy consultant,From Spalding in Lincolnshire,has taken and kept £90 of my money.Even though scentsys terms and conditions state that no consultant is allowed too hold a customers money for this long,sentsy have decided not too help the customer.she had held my money for 41 days and as I had no goods I cancelled my order and asked for a refund.In scentsys terms and conditions state that I am also entitled too ask for a refund.And so I should when I haven’t received the goods that I had paid for.She has now had my money for 68 days and still no refund.sentsy have advised me too take Kim howlett to a small claims court.

Never heard of these till a friend brought into work. Had a good sniff of the fragrances etc. Ordered 2 car vent fresheners 11.00 Within a few weeks no smell. Just a sitting orniment on my vent. Not happy . Could of bought a cheap 1 and lasted longer. Sorry will not buy again

Poor quality products, the smells are nice but barely last. Incredibly expensive. Would not recommend at all.

Discusting I played 12 pound for my order then they said I gotta give them 60 pound as my money I payed was only a deposit but when I made the order they sent me a email saying my order will be with me within 10 working days now they are saying I am not getting a refund

This is an MLM! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I wish MLM reps were banned from appearing at craft fairs. Shilling MLMs is not a craft!

I have been buying sentsy wax melts for a about 6 months now and they dont cause me any breathing issues unlike most melts there scent also lasts much longer than most and there is so much veriety i have loved every one that i have tried and i have tried about 30 they are a bit pricey but just like most things if you buy in bulk it works out cheaper i love sentsy and would highly recconend !
