We’re truly sorry to hear that the scent did not meet your expectations. We’re glad to know you enjoyed the fragrance itself, but we completely understand how disappointing it can be when the scent projection feels too light. Some fragrance oils naturally have different levels of diffusion, and OUD WOOD is one of our lighter-projection scents. However, we understand that you were expecting a much stronger aroma. We’ve reached out to you directly to offer a replacement with a stronger, more noticeable scent. We truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right, and we’re also sorry that the shipping took longer than expected. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
