Perfume samples within the first package I received had leaked so I contacted the company. They replenished the leaked samples free of charge, and the second package arrived without any issues.

Best of the best. Customer service is amazing and their concept on being able to try out scents before spending full price on a bottle is amazing. Authentic scents and a good amount of selections with fast shipping. Will be buying again.

Customer service is key!!! This was my first time ordering from this company. Upon receipt, a view of my vials were empty and the labels were not clear. I reached out to the company, provided pics and they are sending replacements!!! That spoke volumes to me. Will definitely order full bottles in the future.

Order came in, smelling strong. One of the bottles leaked during transport. I contacted scentdecant with an email, and within the hour, they responded and sent me a new bottle.

Customer service Excellent A+++++ First time ordering with Scent Decant and my experience has been great to say the least. I ordered eight sample bottles of perfumes I have always wondered about but never had the opportunity to see much less try on. Scent decant made that possible! On one of my samples, the mister pump was hard to fully pump, only a small squirt came out and on the next attempt it broke. I contacted SD ( Scent Decant) I told them what had happened and the same day on a Saturday they replied with an email stating a replacement is on its way at no cost to me and ship out on Monday! Today is Wednesday and I received it one day earlier! I’m impressed with their wide selection of perfumes and sample sizes available. The biggest thing for me aside from excellent customer service is that they are 100% authentic and I have no worries of counterfeit like in my past. I am going to be a repeat customer and I will also get my friends onto Scent Decant! Thank you SD!

Ordered 3 samples. Order was delivered promptly. One of the bottles was empty as I think it leaked in shipping. Contacted the company and they promptly sent a new one out at no cost. Great customer service. I will be ordering a full bottle soon.
