WEB SITE IS VERY EASY TO USE, FOUND ALL PARTS NEEDED.

Two weeks later, no information on when some of the parts will be shipped. They shipped and invoiced some but I need all to fix the machine. Almost $12 for a cotter pin, $24 for two! $33 for five screws!! Crazy high prices, poor service. Definitely recommend going with any major brand. Any money you save up front you will spend in aggravation and actual expense on back side. Customer Service people are friendly - they just aren’t supported.

"Find someone else". Kept my side by side 4wheeler for weeks before telling me that he could not work on it and that I, myself needed to find someone else to work on my machine. Then proceeded to tell me that i had three days to come get my machine before he charged me storage. customer service and politeness are not strong with this one.
