Fulfillment rates are pretty good around 95% or so. When something back orders though it back orders for a month or so.

Got what I ordered on time

Oder was placed and promptly taken care of and delivered. Came much faster than anticipated.

As a servicing dealer we have had no help solving an issue with a MSU 700. Have ran computer diagnoses and replaced oxygen sensor, unit still runs rough. Contacted SC and were told they would get tech to call us. They emailed us 3 days later and told us to do what we had already done. Contacted again 10/24/2018. Today is 10/27/2018 and we still have not heard from them.

It was processed fast and delivered quickly.
