You can't even contact them nor do the free spins that come up in your promotions you activate them and they aren't on the game!!

Did not pay out winnings, then took all the money in the account, they even closed the live chat for me when i asked about the money. SCAM CASINO. STAY AWAY people I have photos to back this information.

Please be aware that we have seen two official complaints against Scatterhall.com in as many weeks and they're both of the same nature: long established and verified players are not able to withdraw their winnings. Support is variously telling players "we don't do withdrawals, please send an email" or "so sorry, temporary delays, try again in a few days" and suchlike. The bottom line is that withdrawals are not being honoured and players are being given no information

Had a few withdrawals without any problem, then they havent paid my £300 out of £800. it was made 12th of March. sent many emails to their finance no response! DO NOT DEPOSIT DO NOT PLAY THERE PARTICULARLY IF YOU'RE FROM UK, THEY NOT PAYING ANYMORE.The games and providers are SHITTTT.

WATCH OUT!!! THE REALLY DO NOT PAY FOR WITHDRAWALS! the casino DO NOT PAY for withdrawals. they excuse, they lie, they cry, but they DO NOT PAY! i have screenshots and everything about their lies, but, nobody ever got back to me about my over a week pending withdrawal. the casino is PURE MAFIA!, never ever wanted to pay, so you NEVER EVER DEPO THERE! do not support gangsters and mafia! this casino is only about gangsters and mafia! pure black hole for your money! this is serious problem, hope license provider will check them and shut them down asap. they started good, nice providers and so, now, they have lost almost all providers, they do not pay, and they even removed the live chat support from their sites! scatterhall and spinpirate, both run by mafia! do not support mafia, DO NOT DEPO on those two casinos, you will NOT GET PAID! now, they even have making money banned for some vpn, this casino, damn, NEVER EVER REGISTER THERE! you will remember my words when you will be begging like an a*s for your winnings, and you will NEVER EVER GET THEM! this casino DO NOT PAY! WATCH OUT, STAY OUT!!!

Attention, fraud! Casino will not pay withdrawals. I have a pending withdrawal there for one month now and all I get from the casino is cheap excuses. They are talking about „delays“ and that the withdrawal will be processed „soon“, but guess what is not happening. Keep away from this casino and dont play there because they will cheat on you.

Last week I got an email with Bonus code SUPER300 from Scatterhall casino. Was impressed a bit, because the max bonus I had in some online casino was 250%. I made my deposit in a moment, with bonus code applied(100e deposit+300e bonus + 20e Bonus Feature) and now I'm waiting my withdrawal. Thank you Scatterhall!
