SWS has a ton of great systems that can work for all businesses regardless of the vertical. Their support and leadership team are top notch!

Donald, short and sweet and we'll take it. Thank you for the kind words. Really glad the systems and the team have been a good fit for your business. — The Scaling With Systems Team
I really enjoyed the tips Chung provided as well as the high-quality material on the platform and the high-quality weekly calls as well. How everything is connected. I felt like people knew me that I never heard about when I entered (like hey Daniel! Etc!) The attention was great. The support was phenomenal, and I really felt “served“ Unlike other coaches out there. The other coaching I’ve taken in the past was good too, but they never gave me the 1 piece of advice that changed everything that my CSM Chung gave me: “Just double your prices” Of course he also gave me the confidence I needed to do so, and walked me through how to handle certain objections I was never able to overcome by myself on sales calls. Just looking at Ravis system and how literally everything is about serving the customer inspired a lot of new things I added to my course (roadmap, charts, initial call, monthly check in ect) Those systems happened to be just what my competition lacks and so I now stand out from 90% of online English schools. Before Scaling with systems I was borrowing money from myself (you don’t want to know how lol) and struggling with paying my teachers, each week was a battle and fighting with my wife because my account was negative Now I have money saved, I have peace of kind knowing I can make ends meet, pay my teachers, save money and actually scale! 100% recommend scaling with systems!!

This one is incredible to read. Going from borrowing money from yourself and fighting stress every week, to having savings, peace of mind, and a clear path to scale? That's real life change and it doesn't happen by accident. You put in the work. Chung will be thrilled to see this. The "just double your prices" moment is one of those things that sounds simple but takes confidence and the right framing to actually act on. Really glad you did. Congrats on standing out from 90% of your competition. That's earned. — The Scaling With Systems Team
Amazing customized support to build on what I have vs. make me break what's been working and start from scratch for no reasons. Increased revenue consistently each month, but more importantly, because of the system I'm building with the team, I help my clients much better:)

Jin, the fact that we worked with what you already had built rather than tearing it down is something we're really intentional about. Every business is different and a cookie-cutter approach rarely holds up. Consistent monthly revenue growth AND better client outcomes? That's the whole point. Really glad it's working. Thank you for sharing this. — The Scaling With Systems Team
$23,000 wasted. We spent the $12,000 for the course and over $10,000 on ad spend. We literally got not one customer from the whole thing. They had us run the same garbage ad the entire time and only thought to tweak little things here and there rather than trying anything new. At one point they simply just removed us from Slack without any warning, no email, anything. When I asked what happened they said the time was up. After expressing my distaste, and following up, they wouldn't respond. It's clear they're used to this response and they're just really good at sales. There's a couple good people over there, but it's an awful company that treats you like you're one of 10,000 accounts they're juggling.

Hi Zack, We want to address this honestly for anyone reading. No one spends $23,000 blindly. Ad spend decisions are made by the client, and we advised you throughout that process. What we also advised, repeatedly, were iterations to the approach that you chose not to implement. The results you're describing were not the result of us running the same thing without feedback. They were the result of recommendations that were not followed. On the Slack access, we want to be straightforward here. You were not removed without cause. There was a period where we were reaching out consistently and receiving no response. When a client goes completely dark and stops engaging, we have no choice but to offboard them. That is not abandonment. That is us respecting both your time and ours. We have worked with hundreds of clients who follow the process and see real results. We stand behind that fully. But no program in the world can do the work for you if you're not in it. We genuinely wish you well. If there is something specific you'd like to resolve, reach out at [email protected]. — The Scaling With Systems Team

Mateo, glad the lead system implementation has been solid so far. Excited for what the Scaling Initiative brings for you. You're in good hands. — The Scaling With Systems Team
This is one of the best companies to work with when it comes to scaling your business. They helped me go from a 10% close rate to a 70% close rate. You're losing money by not working with them
By Khalea C.
Response from Scaling With Systems· Mar 8, 2026
Khalea, going from a 10% close rate to 70% is a transformational shift. That means more revenue from the same number of conversations, which changes everything downstream. Really glad we could be part of that. Thank you for sharing it so directly. — The Scaling With Systems Team
Some time ago I joined their scaling school for 97 a month.. whilst in the program I bought a course within for several thousands of dollars (which gave me a free upgrade for 6 months)... I did not ask for the upgrade it came with my purchase... they then later decided to charge me 297USD per month.. nearly $500 Aussie dollars when I did not ask nor authorise this.. I reached out immediately and they just keep telling me they will investigate over and over... My frustration has now led me to have logged this with my bank as an unlawful transaction and soured my experience with this company... This could have been such a simple fix if Ravi had systems in place on how to deal with this quickly and easily to maintain a good customer experience.. instead I now have to go through this lengthy process... if you join scaling school.. there is no easy one click way to cancel.. and you may find yourself in my position there they just keep charging you.. Edit: There was no mention that after paying 1997 USD for The Member Method, that I would need to keep paying 297 every month to keep access to the course. You rightly pointed out that it is a 180 day trial and has a 100% money back guarantee… I have already removed myself from Scaling School, I have no access to the course anymore, and I have emailed to activate your money back guarantee for a refund of 1997.. this is not for me.. let’s see if you honour the terms of your ‘contract’ of your money back guarantee..

Andrew, I hope that this is a fundamental misunderstanding and not an intentional attempt to grossly mislead and misrepresent the service you signed up to. In the interest of extreme ownership (one of our company values) you were billed $297 one month earlier than you should have been, which we have refunded and rectified. Whilst this charge was early, and whilst that is our fault, you did sign a contract that says: "Get a 180-day free trial to the Diamond Level Scaling School membership. After which you'll be billed at $297/month for continued access, cancel anytime." This is not an upgrade or anything that might have required further authorisation. It is simply a part of what you had already signed up to, which was stated in your contract. At no point did you request to cancel or downgrade your access or membership, even though you could have done by filling out the cancellation form that it listed in the very first module of Scaling School. When we became aware of the billing error, we refunded it immediately and without question. Our head of Support & Billing has reached out to you via email. We'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you further about this. - Scaling with Systems Team
I have really enjoyed everyone I have worked with so far! The knowledge that the team members that I have talked to have is very impressive and they have delivered a streamlined experience!
