I haven’t been able to get it to work. I accidentally tossed the instructions for the VSC reset, asked for the instructions from SC mods and got two emails that were less than kind, with no replacement of instructions.

Stefan, the lack of response on my part is acknowledged. I'm in the middle of structural changes, including quitting my job Sept 1st to focus on the business full time, contracting outside help with a new main email address [email protected] and assistance with fulfilling orders. I'm grateful for all the growth you and others have provided for me and I'll be working hard to get better at meeting everyone's needs. Please re-email the new address if it's still an issue. You also still have time to return things if desired.
The equipment was high quality. But there are no written installation instructions, just on line videos. I would prefer some written instructions that are illustrated with the videos.

Richard's criticism is valid and it's been part of my new year's resolution to include documentation with all of the products. Currently about 1/3rd of them do and I'm still working on the others.
