The criticism is valid and it's been part of my new year's resolution to include documentation with all of the products. Currently about 1/3rd of them do and I'm still working on the others.

Product is good, but do your installation homework
Product is good, well designed, and works properly. The installation procedure is a home-made video on youtube based on a head-mounted recorder, is not good. That is understandable, considering this is a one-man outfit producing these sc430 mods in his spare time. What one needs to do is scour the Lexus sc430 websites where others have attempted similar projects and documented them very well, with step-by-step instructions in an illustrated pdf. If you follow those instructions beforehand, and have the required tools handy, this is a straightforward install.
