Hi Lisa! Thanks for being a savvy traveler. So sorry for the emails. Clearly that’s not supposed to happen (other than the confirmation email which included the request for the rating). Something isn’t working right. We will look into it immediately. Our apologies! Enjoy your getaway!! Sincerely - Eric, Savvy Founder

Hi Jose, Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're so sorry that this happened. As we discussed, we investigated your experience and confirmed that the property was no longer available through the host, but their listing had not been updated to reflect this. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused, especially with this being your first booking experience with Savvy. We're glad we had the opportunity to connect with you directly we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future! Thank you!

Hi Lisa, we’re sorry you’ve had trouble getting a response. We located your reservation and it appears this review is directed toward the professional host you’ve been contacting rather than Savvy. Savvy is a book-direct marketplace, so your host manages the reservation and related communication. That said, we’re happy to help and will reach out to the host on your behalf to request that they contact you as soon as possible. Thank you!
