There no info about options of shipping time on the web. I called to ask and be as sure as we can, that the order will arrived at time ... the operator say "probably yes" ... I undertanded the risk ... and the producc WILL NOT arriving at time ... if you can give options of fast shipping on the web, will help

Hi Melinda. I'm sorry that your package wont arrive by the time you had hoped but like I told you, I don't control the post office. In fact, I shipped your order USPS Priority at no extra cost (normally $10) because I wanted to do what I could on my end to get your order to you by the date we discussed. There are shipping options you can choose from on the website at check out. I wish you didn't leave me a 2 Star review for something that was out of my control but I understand your frustration.
