Good follow up prompt payment

The iPhone 12 Max I sent was in excellent condition. Always had a protective case and glass shield. However, they only paid $378.00. Instead of the $500.00 their system said I was going to receive. You are better off selling through another company. In addition, I decide to get the money via PayPal, I've been doing business with that platform for many years, and not until I did business with SaveGadget, I got a fraudulent invoice from a scammer. coincidence...?

I would provide 5 stars, but the standards of the quality of the device apparently are subject to individual interpretation and personal bias. I claimed my device was in Mint condition, less than a year old, no scratches/nicks on the body or frame, yet the receiving staff downgraded it from the maximum to a lower reward. Simply was not clear so I accepted the offer without bias

The process to get it appraised was quick and easy and overall timing between finishing that, shipping, getting a notice of its acceptance and receiving a check was really fast. I received exactly what I was offered.

They were fair and honest with me. The screen was messed up real bad to where the FaceTime did not work. They initially updated my quote to reflect that there was more than one issue with the phone which placed it in a lower price bracket. I reached out and asked if they could take a second look as I thought the FaceTime still worked - there was just glass obstructing it. They went out of their way to verify this and make me a better offer while they were in a position of power to not negotiate with me and say “take our initial offer or pay to have it shipped back to you.” I appreciate the way they did business with me and would very much recommend them.
