Outstanding job. Great selection of hotels and guides. The timing of all the tours showed a knowledge of the areas, and the best times to go. Had a few minor problems, which they responded to immediately, and got them taken care of. Will recommend to anyone considering South America, or anywhere else they may arrange trips.

We had a wonderful trip, thanks especially Martha. She was extremely helpful. All tour guides (and drivers) were very knowledgeable and excellent. We will sure contact them if we are planning to go anywhere in South America.

This is the third trip that South American vacations has planned for us and each has been flawlessly executed by Martha Cohen. There are ten of us traveling from 4 different origination airports and Martha Cohen makes sure that we all arrive! Since Spanish and Portuguese are not our first languages, Martha seamlessly coordinates our every day so that we have a terrific vacation experience. Martha’s guidance is like having a tour guide with you at all times. Our 83 year old mother’s transportation needs were handled by Martha so that we have wonderful lasting memories!

We just returned from a 3 week trip to South America that Martha and I customized for my hubby and I. I can not say enough about how happy we were with all the coordinating Martha did for us, between our 11 airplane flights, to all the private drivers and tour guides to the hotels and everything in between. We had the greatest time ever and not one problem, Martha even booked hair appts. for me while we were there ( because what girl can not live without great hair for pics for 3 weeks!) and they were spectacular as well. All the guides were excellent, the hotels great, everyone was there when promised and so professional, please have absolutely no doubts in booking a trip with this company!! Alan and Martha.... thank you both so much for a dream vacation that came true!!! Words can not express how grateful we are for finding and booking this with South American Vacations. Muchas Muchas Gracias!!! Much Love, Lynne :)

My wife and I could not have been happier with our trip to Chile and Easter Island. We knew nothing about the region before we went and put ourselves entirely in the hands of Alan and Martha Cohen at South American Vacations. Their selections of itinerary, accommodations, air travel schedules--especially important with the long distances and infrequently scheduled flights--proved perfect. We chose planned private touring, which is certainly an extra cost. But we found the value that South American Vacations provided was worth it.
