About Sauna and Plunge Direct

Sauna and Plunge Direct is an online retailer of home saunas, cold plunge tubs and sauna heaters, serving customers across the mainland United States. Founded by Carol Ann Earle, we are a small, hands-on team — the person who answers the phone is the person who knows the products. Our range covers traditional Finnish saunas, infrared and full-spectrum cabins, outdoor barrel and cube saunas, indoor units built for basements and spare rooms, cold plunge tubs, water chillers, heaters, control panels and accessories. We are an authorized dealer for Finnmark Designs, HUUM, Harvia, SaunaLife, ThermaSol, Golden Designs, Dynamic, Dynamic Cold Therapy, Maxxus, Narvi, ProSaunas, Penguin Chillers, LUUN and Kohler.Buying through an authorized dealer matters more than most people expect. It means your unit arrives with the full manufacturer warranty intact and registered correctly, and that we can go directly to the manufacturer on your behalf if something needs attention after delivery. Unauthorized sellers cannot offer that, and it is usually only discovered when a warranty claim is refused.Shipping is free on every order. A sauna or cold plunge is a considered purchase rather than an impulse one, so we would rather talk it through first — room dimensions, electrical requirements, clearances, delivery access, and whether the model you are looking at is genuinely the right one for your space. That conversation is free and there is no pressure attached to it.Questions before or after you buy: call 1-833-905-0688, Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm ET, or email [email protected].
