Thank you for such a sweet note Susan!
Gorgeous earrings! Customer service was amazing. Had a slight issue w shipping, reached out via email and a real person replied in less than 5 minutes. Fixed the issue and overnighted my order for a wedding I was attending that weekend. Very helpful and responsive. Great company, will buy from them again! Thank you!

I've never received the customer service that I did from Saule in my entire life. I purchased a pair of earrings that ended up causing my ears some irritation. I reached out to Saule and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to secure a special type of earring that causes no issues to my ears.

Thank you! We're so glad you loved the unboxing experience and your earrings. It means the world to us! ❤️
I am always very happy with every piece I buy from Saule. This time was no exception (necklace is very beautiful. The only problem (this is the first time this has happened) is that the shipment took two weeks to arrives I didn't receive the necklace on timeout I suspect it's not Saule's fault:)

Dear Marta, Thank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a lot to us that you continue coming back to Saulė and that each piece brings you joy. We’re so happy to hear you love the necklace. And our apologies for the delayed shipping, sometimes packages get a little stuck somewhere along the way. We’re just very glad it safely made it to you and that you love it.
