I bought a ring which thought it was the correct size but ended up big. The whole support process is a nightmare: 1 week to answer each email, hidden costs for returns and exchanges. Never going to buy here again. In addition the ring quality was not like the pictures, so also disappointed

This company has NO customer service. My ring came in a wrong size. My ring finger us size 4, I ordered a size 4. I could hardly put the ring on, and once in, I couldn't take it off. Also, the ring does look non-diamond like. I put it next to my engagement ring and instantly saw the difference. The ring does not shine like they advertise, and it definitely has a whiteness in the stone that you don't see in a diamond. I wanted to return the ring so I emailed twice to their customer service email address. NOTHING. NO REPLY. NO NOTHING. I spent over $100 for a ring I will never wear. People, be aware. You will not get your money's worth nor any customer service. Use your money elsewhere.

It asked for an honest review, so here it is. It took two (2) horribly failed attempts by Sateur and it ruining a planned proposal, for them to FINALLY get it right. First, it was ordering the ring MONTHS in advance so it got here a month before the planned proposal. The ring arrived two months late. Second failure, was when the ring FINALLY arrived, it was the wrong ring completely. Devastated, depressed and heavily disappointed, I just wanted my money back. But then the HR gal stepped in and wrote me enough times to make me feel like it was getting handled. They finally sent the right ring out, but by that point… the ring just didn’t seem enough. So I upgraded the carat and even paid extra for the shipping. Let me say this now… don’t hold your breathe on a fast delivery and do NOT plan or schedule your proposal based on its arrival. You WILL be disappointed!! But the quality of the ring is untouchable!! It truly is stunning. Invest in the bigger carat, you will not be sorry. So yes, quality of the product is a 10 out of 10. Sateur has GOT to figure their shipping issues out and they need to do it asap. Their HR department is a 10 out of 10. Communication needs to be a little quicker in response time, especially if you are already upset. Overall, the experience was a 4 out of 10 but the tears of happiness in my NOW fiancés face made it QUITE the journey. I am just happy we finally got here and that ring is finally on her well deserving finger. I love her with all that I am and just wanted it perfect. Sateur at least provided the perfect ring… when it finally came!!

I made the mistake of ordering a ring and specifically requested in writing I wanted 6 prongs on the ring. For as long as it took and the constant updates of the progress of my ring. It arrived wrong!!!! Only 4 prongs, so I contacted Sateur and asked for a return label for either the ring to be fixed or a refund. They replied with 1 option, A credit with their company for a future purchase. Why would I buy from a company that instructed me on that they could/ would make the ring with 6 prongs by request. I requested, they did not do it, now won't refund my money???? This is a Scam if I have ever seen one. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SATEUR!!! There is NO return policy. The "policy" you have on your website is misleading. It said that if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it. It is NOT the truth. I sent a request for a return but was denied. After reading your return policy one more time, I realized that nobody can return your product and get the money back. You would find any reason to NOT let people return your products. Or you will make it so complicated that nobody would want to deal with you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Poor Customer Service! Received my ring but completely wrong one! Been trying to contact Sateur but my emails have gone unresponsive. Social media robot replies they are looking into it. No other ways to contact. Im contacting my bank if I don't hear from you in the next few days. My order is ST59477

I received this beautiful ring very quickly in the most beautiful ring box I have ever seen. It was a beautiful Diamond even though it was Laboratory made but I defy anyone to tell the difference between my Diamond ring and a mined Diamond. Although I used a ring sizer I think I should have ordered a size bigger, but it will fit properly when I have lost some more weight.
