We're sorry for the silence — that is on us, not you. Please write once more to [email protected] with "Trustpilot" in the subject line and your case will be answered within one business day.
Horrible experience. Do not be duped by their 30 days no questions ask policy. You have to literally write in to them on date of purchase for their approval before this is in effect. What a fantastic fineprint for them. Well, no refund was done ultimately but store credit was given. Have no idea how to spend it because the product just looks horrible.

We hear the frustration. While refunds are subject to our return policy, we're glad we could provide store credit as a goodwill gesture.— and we would like to review how your case was handled. Please reach [email protected] and our support team is always happy to assist.
I would leave no stars if I could The stones are nice but the setting really cheap and nasty, I really cannot wear this ring, it would be embarrassing

Thank you for the candor — the stones earning your approval while the setting lost it tells us exactly where to look. If the piece is within its return window we will take it back without question; either way, please write to [email protected] and we will find a resolution.
Precious jewelry! Definitely recommend. Wonderful costumer service and fast shipping!

I brought this as a gift for my wife in the past I have brought her a trilogy of rings genuine diamonds that cost me thousands of pounds , she and I were truly amazed when the ring arrived and I would be very scared to put it in with the others with a fear of not knowing which was which it’s that good , stunning quality , stunning packaging , and communication all through the making and preparing process , she will be buying more I’m sure

Bought this for my wife...she was delighted ! The quality was much, MUCH better than I would have expected at this price point. I've seen necklaces at thousands of pounds that aren't as impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Sateur products.
